Refund policy
Due to the nature of the process creating our pieces, all our merchandise and products are processed as final sale with no exceptions. We can not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. In the event that we processed an order incorrectly, please contact a customer service representative immediately upon delivery.
Refund due to incorrect items may only be issued in the same form as payment and are processed after the return is delivered. Refunds will not be issued after the return window has ended (7 business days after receiving the item).
