Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders require 5–12 business days of processing time before shipment. This period is required for production, preparation, and quality control prior to dispatch. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer standard and upgraded shipping options at checkout. While we aim to process and ship orders promptly, UniqD Studio does not guarantee delivery times for any shipping method selected. All delivery timeframes are estimates only once an order has been shipped.

Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather delays, customs processing, high seasonal demand, or logistical disruptions.

We are not responsible for delays, loss, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring all address details are accurate before completing their purchase.

We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but not received. If shipment insurance is required, customers must request it prior to placing their order.

Shipping Restrictions

Murals, installations, and bulk orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A valid physical shipping address is required for all orders.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, a second email will be sent with tracking information.

International Orders (EU & Worldwide)

UniqD Studio ships internationally, including to the European Union and other regions worldwide.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, or local taxes imposed by their destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered comply with local import regulations in their country.

Delivery times for international shipments are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance processes, local postal handling, or other delays outside of our control.

EU Consumers (Right of Withdrawal)

For customers in the European Union, please note that custom-made or personalized products are typically exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal once production has begun, in accordance with EU consumer law. Orders are considered made-to-order and are processed specifically for each customer.

Final Acceptance

By placing an order with UniqD Studio, customers acknowledge and agree to all shipping terms outlined above.
