Please allow 5-8 business days to process your order before shipment. Orders are shipped via USPS or Fedex as requested. All domestic and shipping upgrades are available during transaction, however the Uniq-D suspended all guaranty delivery service, regardless any upgrades it is applied we cannot be responsible for unanticipated shipper delays.
Murals, Installations or bulk orders may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.We cannot replace undelivered packages due to incorrectly entered shipping addresses or burglary. If you need to insurance your package please contact customer support previously placing your order.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and a separate e-mail to inform you that your package has been shipped. This email will include your tracking number.
International Orders
Uniq-D, Inc ships to countries worldwide. International customers are able to shop our products online in their local currencies. Customers will be responsible for any duties, taxes or custom fees that may occur in foreign countries or local services. The customer is responsible for assuring that any products you order comply with your local state and federal government regulations. We will not be responsible for lost or returned packages due to unclaimed or incorrect address.
